Decor Hire or Full Wedding Styling?


Full wedding styling is designed for couples who would like support with the overall design, planning, sourcing and setup of their ceremony and reception.

Decor hire may be more suitable if you already have a clear plan and only need selected items, props or finishing details.

You can also combine the two. Some couples choose full styling for the main spaces while hiring additional pieces for other areas of the venue.

Our Starting Price

Our full wedding styling service starts from £1,600, with every quotation tailored to the individual wedding.

The final price will depend on your specific requirements, the scale of the celebration, the level of planning and setup required, and any decor, hire items or bespoke elements included.

Following your initial consultation, we will prepare a detailed proposal outlining the recommended styling service, everything included and any additional hire or production costs.

What is included in full wedding styling?

Our service can include design development, mood boards, venue visit, sourcing, personalised details, ceremony and reception styling, coordination with your venue and selected suppliers, complete setup, takedown and collection. The exact inclusions will be confirmed within your individual proposal.

Can you help if we do not yet have a clear style in mind?

Yes. You do not need to arrive with a finished concept. We can help you work through the ideas you like, consider what suits your venue and develop a clear direction that feels personal to you.

Can you work with suppliers we have already booked?

Yes. We are happy to work alongside your venue, florist, planner, stationery supplier and other members of your wedding team. Clear communication helps ensure the different elements work well together.

Can we use some of our own decor?

Yes. Existing pieces, family items and decor you have sourced yourself can be incorporated where they suit the agreed design. Let us know what you already have during the planning process.

Is decor hire included in the styling price?

The styling package includes the planning and services listed within your proposal. Hire items and bespoke pieces will be clearly identified and quoted according to your requirements, so you know exactly what is included before booking.

Do you provide setup and takedown?

Yes. Complete venue setup is part of our full styling service, with takedown and collection organised as part of your package.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in South Wales and regularly style weddings across Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Carmarthen, Bristol and the wider South West. We may also be able to travel further for selected weddings, depending on the date and requirements.

How far in advance should we enquire?

We recommend enquiring once your date and venue are confirmed, particularly for popular wedding dates or celebrations involving bespoke work. It is still worth contacting us for shorter-notice weddings, as availability varies.
